Undeclared Majors
Students must declare a major before reaching 54 credits. To graduate with an undergraduate degree, students must choose and complete a major.
Undeclared students have not officially enrolled in a program of study; undecided students are still very much uncertain as to the program of study they want to pursue/declare/commit to.
Students who are “undecided” and/or “undeclared” should work closely with their academic counselor to identify appropriate courses and the various resources and services on campus that will assist in the self-exploration process. Undeclared students should focus primarily on exploring their strengths and interests as they “try on” potential majors.
