Family Weekend 2009

As a part of Family Weekend 2009, Dean Diane Lyden Murphy welcomed students and their families to her Dean’s Breakfast. The annual event provides families with the opportunity to meet the dean and faculty members within the College of Human Ecology.

MSW Student joins 10,000 activists at the Health Care for America Now! rally

As a part of her internship at the National Association on Social Insurance in Washington, DC, second year MSW student and Fulbright Scholar, Yuliya Chorna joined nearly 10,000 activists at the Health Care for America NOW! rally.
Speakers at the rally included actress Edie Falco, New York Senator Charles Schumer, Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, SEIU Secretary Treasurer Anna Burger, Vermont Governor Howard Dean, National Physicians Alliance President-Elect Valerie Arkoosh and California Congressman Xavier Becerra.
